High-Rise Multi-Family Housing Development
This eco-friendly, high-density residential master plan integrates living spaces with natural surroundings through a thoughtful, podium-style layout that maximizes ground-level and rooftop green space for multi-generational living. By directing vehicular traffic straight into a multi-level underground parking system (B1F–B3F), the development creates a safe, car-free ground plane featuring a park-top podium design, sunken plazas for natural light, and a tree-lined "Fresh Promenade" connecting to local schools and parks. The tower placements feature diverse floor plans designed for dynamic household sizes while maximizing natural daylighting and park views. At the heart of the community, a clear spatial hierarchy guides residents from the entry gate to the central "Share Square," complemented by extensive amenities including an early childhood daycare, senior center, subterranean fitness facilities, guest houses, neighborhood retail, and four themed play zones—Forest, Mound, Water, and Fresh Mist—delivering a fully integrated, vibrant neighborhood experience.
