Seoul South Korea
Designed as an eco-friendly high-rise residential complex tailored specifically for young couples and growing families, this multi-family housing development bridges modern urban living with nature by transforming high-density housing into a vibrant, child-safe neighborhood network. The master plan draws inspiration from natural topography, weaving a dedicated "Green Axis" and capillary-like "Water Ways" throughout the site, surrounded by streams, ponds, landscaped lawns, and lush tree corridors that maximize scenic views toward the adjacent park. Vehicle traffic is completely diverted underground to basement and podium levels, reserving the ground plane for connected pedestrian streets and activity-filled plazas such as the Living Square and Inter-acting Square. Built directly into these safe walking corridors is an extensive "Nurture & Care" community infrastructure featuring integrated daycare facilities, after-school care centers, playrooms, libraries, a fitness center, and neighborhood cafes designed to foster daily interaction. Vertically, the high-rise towers—reaching up to 15 stories—are interconnected by elevated sky bridges, community bridge connectors, rooftop gardens, and shared view decks, creating a dynamic sky community that complements the adaptable residential units inside.
